When our gas failed whilst at Cannock Camping and Caravanning Club Site during February 2010 we searched the Internet for a mobile engineer. After looking at a few websites we came across Leisure-Lift Services of Walsall. As they were local to our location (and home) we called them for advice. Within an hour Mark from Leisure-Lift was at the site and was with the site warden when he arrived at our caravan. The cause of the problem was quickly resolved and a new gas regulator and pipe was fitted. Mark explained why the regulator had failed and fitted a new gas pipe as a precaution. The whole job took just about an hour and the only cost was parts plus a £35 call out fee. We continued our short break in comfort with heating.

Mark from Leisure Lift came out to quote for a new aerial for our caravan. We wanted to change to an aerial that could pick up free view tv. We had a new aerial fitted that we could adjust from inside the caravan. We have now booked a service and are having a new alko hitch fitted.
Mr Rigby - Walsall
We had a bloke come out to our heating and he said we needed a part that would cost £165. A few days later we had a leaflet posted through the door from leisure lift services. I phoned them and a chap came round and said we needed a part that cost £10. The call out charge was £35. He fixed the lot for £45. I won't be taking the caravan to the dealer anymore, Mark is coming to service the van for £135.

We had our Bailey Pageant Moselle serviced today with Leisure lift services. It was bought to our attention that the gas regulator was out of date and the gas piping was perished. The new parts were fitted and we were just charged us £8 extra for the new regulator Mark also found an area of the caravan that was slightly damp compared to the rest so he will be doing a repair to the area soon. We are very happy with the service that we have received and will gladly recommend Mark to all of our friends. Thank You F Howles

We arranged for Mark to come out to repair the floor in our Swift challenger after we had found some damage whilst replacing the carpets. He arrived on time for both visits and was very helpful with a few other small problems. The end result was a fantastic job and the floor is now as good as new and the new carpet laid. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to any of my friends and will be using him for any other work that needs to be done.

We were told by a local dealer that we would have to replace our Carver water heater because spares were no longer available. We decided to shop around and gave Mark a call to see if he could help. He came round to remove the heater and took it away to be repaired. Eight days later he returned and refitted the heater for a fraction of the cost of a new one. We won't be using the dealers again for our service.

He does everything he advertises plus more !The reason mark got into caravan servicing he told me was because he was sick of getting ripped off by retailers and dealers and this is truly reflected by marks superb manor, and by the excellent job he does. And your left with the feeling of real satisfaction.Being new to caravanning we had a lot of questions and he takes the time to explain and makes you feel confident that next time we go out we will feel like experts.
