Breakdowns/Repairs
A £35 service charge will be applicable for all breakdowns. The callout charge will include the first hour on site
Within the first hour we will diagnose the fault and either repair or be able to give a quote for the possible costs that will be involved in repairing the fault at a later date
If a return visit is required no further callout charge will apply
Where possible only original equipment manufacturers spare parts will be used - There may be instances that using re-manufactured parts will be the only way to repair some older appliances
Any warranty period given with spares/parts will be passed to the customer upon completed payment
We can only take cash or personal cheque as a payment method
Paypal and credit card payment will be available shortly
*Standard service parts will include one shot hub nuts/split pins - low pressure gas hose - smoke alarm and fire igniter batteries - gas locker lpg sticker and general greases/lubricants
Water filters are not replaced as a service item unless requested as many have a short working life. If replacement is requested an extra charge will be invoiced
Pre - Purchase Inspections
I can arrange to Inspect your intended new purchase at a mutually agreed time and place (with the current owners consent)
The Inspection consists of a general examination of chassis and body equipment and will include a short water ingress survey - gas soundness test - appliance test - electrical test and visual examination of safety related items
Please note this is not an annual service and is intended to give a general over-vue of the caravan condition and as such no guarantee or warranty is implied or given in any way
I cannot comment on the price of the caravan but will give an aproximate quotation for any work required to rectify faults found
The current owner must agree to the survey taking place
Space must be available to work - inside and outside
£60 with report (within 25 miles of Walsall)
Allow up to 2 hours
